Fatigue Cause - Anxiety - Read all about some natural remedies for Anxiety

This is good info. In my experience anxiety is a major cause for fatigue. Aside from this article, do tune into my interview with Harriet Lerner, author, The Dance of Fear ...

Natural Remedies for Anxiety

What is Anxiety?

Although it's normal to feel anxious from time to time, if you feel anxious without reason and if these worries persist and affect your day-to-day life, you may have generalized anxiety disorder.

Symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder may include restlessness, feeling tense or on edge, irritability, impatience, or poor concentration. People may also notice changes in their physical health such as headaches, jaw pain, muscle tension, difficulty falling or staying asleep (insomnia), dry mouth, fatigue, chest tightness, indigestion, bloating, excessive sweating, and headache.

It's important to be evaluated by your doctor for a proper diagnosis and to rule out other medical problems that may resemble anxiety.

Benefits of Exercise - including housework!

This is an appropriate read for me today. Been feeling a lot of anxiety since I got home from my cousin's funeral. It shows up as tight, shallow breathing and a quick temper. (How does anxiety show up for you?)

What can I say - I am an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and I can pick up an emotion a football field away ... So imagine how it has been being immersed with hundreds of people in the emotion - sorrow - celebration and fear of "what's next?" that comes with the long goodbye.

So today I woke up and just started cleaning. First I gave the dogs a Spring bath, then washed out Peetie's birdcage, next comes the wood floors.

Starting to feel better ... Will end my day with an Epsom salt bath plus lavender essence oil to wash away lingering energy and emotions. Try it yourself whenever the world feels too much on top of you.

Now, here's that article before I forget! Join me in beating back the blues!

Study finds 20 minutes of activity a week, including housework, is good for mental health

April 9 (HealthDay News) -- Scrubbing the tub and other forms of housework may clean your house and boost your mood.

In fact, as little as 20 minutes of any kind of physical activity a week helped mental health, although the more vigorous the activity, the greater the benefit, said the authors of a study published online Thursday in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.

"There's such a pervasive feeling in this country that, if there's a problem, there's always a pill to fix it," said Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum, director of Women and Heart Disease at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. "This study is just reminding us that it doesn't take much to actually have an effect even on your mood." Click here for the rest of this story.

Action is your answer today.

"When thinking won't cure fear, action will."
– William Clement Stone

If you are reading this, consider yourself served with a call to action. What action will you take TODAY to feel better? to feel lighter? to feel more energized and joy-full?

Will you renegotiate or say "NO!" to an obligation that is sapping your joy? (And "YES" to something you really, really want to do?
Will you go for a luscious, smell the roses, chat with neighbors, pet passing puppies kind of a walk?
Will you call and chat up a friend? Who? (I did this a lot last week - wow did I get an energy buzzzzzz!)
Will you rent a favorite funny movie and watch it with a significant other?

What action will you take today to make today more enjoyable, memorable and spirit kissed?

Despair.com - risky humor.

I am taking a risk by posting this "funny."

This is dark humor - not everyone - including you - may find this funny. And, if you are not amused you may think that I am terrible person to roll with laughter over just about everyone of them.

There are those who laughed all the way through Pulp Fiction and those who didn't laugh once. Which are you? If you are the latter PLEASE skip today's humor and come back tomorrow for a fresh inspiration.

Still here? Then click here to see the big picture behind such jewels as ... (when you click there scroll down the page.)

Despair
It's always darkest just before it goes pitch black.

Destiny
You were meant for me. Perhaps as a punishment.

Idiocy
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
