If you are reading this, consider yourself served with a call to action. What action will you take TODAY to feel better? to feel lighter? to feel more energized and joy-full?
Will you renegotiate or say "NO!" to an obligation that is sapping your joy? (And "YES" to something you really, really want to do?
Will you go for a luscious, smell the roses, chat with neighbors, pet passing puppies kind of a walk?
Will you call and chat up a friend? Who? (I did this a lot last week - wow did I get an energy buzzzzzz!)
Will you rent a favorite funny movie and watch it with a significant other?
What action will you take today to make today more enjoyable, memorable and spirit kissed?
