Now that sounds totally refreshing right about now.
Definitely appealing to the eye also.
Thanks for sharing such a healthy and desirable drink recipe:)
You're welcome!
What I've discovered as a "bonus" to this Monday routine is that I start eating better on the weekend because I've stocked up for Monday -- then comes Monday -- then comes the fallout where I continue for "finish" up all the goodies.
In the past 3 weeks I lost 5 lbs (which wasn't the point) AND I feel more energized and sharper mentally.
This is goooooood stuff!

Hey - just wanted to let you know that you inspired me to have a juice day last Monday and I totally enjoyed it.
Have a great weekend!
Yippee Mrs. Zeee! Thanks for sharing and come back next week ... this is just the begining!
Cheers! Viveca
I'd the to join the Monday "Fruits and Veggies" party. What a great idea! And, I will share this with my readers, as many have been asking for ways to improve their health. If you would like, I'll be happy to share some Monday menus with you and your participants. The more the merrier!
yes! yes! yes to all! And, the more the merrier and the easier. Glad to have you and your foodies with us.

I wasn't quite sure I would like changing my morning breakfast routine even if it be just one day a week but last Monday, I went on the juice fast and really enjoyed it. I made a blueberry and strawberry smoothie for breakfast, the Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe for Lunch and had breakfast again for dinner but added a bit of pineapple and pomegranate juice for a tropical twist. Needless to say, it was all very wonderful and I actually find myself looking forward to next Monday!
