Nothing energizes like Love. Nothing feels better than leaving our own worries and pains behind and putting everything we have, everything we are and every breath we take into loving someone.
Years ago a mentor told me to "focus outward - outside myself" whenever I was feeling badly.
"Call a friend and cheer them up - do something, anything to get the focus off of yourself" she would say. Excellent advice and it really works.
